At ViVANT, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy to ensure your total satisfaction. If your device isn't performing as expected, we are committed to making it right with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your ViVANT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, placed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
